Powers To Serve 30-Years For Child Rape
A Cookeville man will serve 30-years behind bars for raping a child. 33-year-old Landon Paul Powers pleaded guilty in Putnam County Criminal Court Tuesday. An indictment accused Powers of raping his girlfriend’s 10-year-old daughter two years ago. Crossville Police arrested a sex offender last week after locating him near a playground. Officers charged James Lee Quarry with violating the sex offender registry.
