Bloomington Springs House Fire Deemed A Total Loss

Firefighters responded to two separate incidents in western Putnam County Monday. The first fire occurred on Willow Street involving a vehicle and a nearby camper. Cookeville Police located three ounces of meth during a traffic stop Friday. Officers charged 40-year-old Brooks Lee with manufacture, delivery, sell, or possession of methamphetamine. Case Against Former Cookeville Officer Continued

A judge has continued former Cookeville Police Officer Kyle Farley’s assault case until September 4. A Cookeville woman faces charges for falling asleep in a vehicle with a child inside. The Cookeville Police Department charged Griselda E. Xum with public intoxication and child abuse and neglect.
