Parole Hearing Held For DeKalb Woman Charged With Child Neglect

A DeKalb County woman serving an eight year prison sentence for aggravated child neglect had a parole hearing yesterday. During that hearing a parole officer recommended that Jessica Ashley May be denied parole based on the seriousness of her crime. Cumberland Co. Beer Board Levies Fines Against Nine Businesses

The Cumberland County Beer Board levied fines against nine businesses Wednesday for selling alcohol to minors. According to authorities, the businesses sold the alcohol during an undercover operation on prom night. TDOT Suspends Construction For Holiday

Travelers won’t have to worry about construction on Tennessee roads this weekend. TDOT announced it will suspend all road construction from noon Friday until 6 a.m. Tuesday. School officials have fired Warren County High School Baseball Coach Adam Childs. WCHS officials said they wanted to go in another direction with the baseball program.
