A two vehicle crash in Warren County has claimed the life of a Smyrna teenager. The crash happened at 9:30 p.m. Sunday on U.S. Highway 70. The Warren County Rescue Squad recovered the body of a drowning victim Sunday. The body of Ernest Wade was recovered on the Collins River near the Shellsford area. Authorities say Wade never resurfaced after his kayak overturned Sunday morning.
