A DeKalb County woman serving an eight year prison sentence for aggravated child neglect had a parole hearing yesterday. The Cumberland County Beer Board levied fines against nine businesses Wednesday for selling alcohol to minors. According to authorities, the businesses sold the alcohol during an undercover operation on prom night.
