Wanted Man Last Seen In McMinnville
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has asked the public for help in locating a wanted man. Carl Winton Rich was last seen March 30 near the Northgate Shopping Center in McMinnville. A member of the TBI’s Most Wanted list has turned himself in to Cumberland County authorities. State Troopers arrested Christopher Allen Taylor early Tuesday morning. A Cookeville man suffered injuries when his vehicle crashed on Interstate 40 Monday morning. 26-year-old James Grosklaus received treatment at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
