Warren County Approves 28-Cent Property Tax Increase

A Cookeville man faces multiple charges after allegedly assaulting two women Monday. Authorities arrested 19-year-old Dunken Deshaun Thornton for aggravated assault, aggravated burglary, and domestic assault.
