A woman faces charges after leading Cookeville Police on a low-speed pursuit Tuesday morning. Captain Bobby Anderson said officers arrested Sara Jane Pemberton for evading arrest and other active warrants. A single-vehicle crash claimed the life of a Crossville man Sunday. The Crossville Police Department identified the deceased on Monday as 18-year-old Jake Finley. The accident happened as Finley traveled southbound on New Lantana Road in the area of Dunbar Road. A 20-year-old man faces charges in Cookeville for sexually exploiting a minor by electronic means. Authorities booked Dustin Reed Rugh into the Putnam County Jail on $100,000 bond Wednesday.
