Sunshine has allowed the flooding situation to improve in Overton County. Cookeville Police have charged an Antioch man with solicitation of a minor for rape of a child. Officers arrested 30-year-old Justin Garrett Mack Thursday morning after he traveled to Cookeville to complete a sexual act with a child.
