Contractor Indicted For Alleged Fraud In Tornado Aftermath

A contractor has been indicted by a Putnam County Grand Jury for allegedly committing fraud in the aftermath of the March tornado. The contractor is Jonathan Rathunde, he faces felony home contractor fraud charges.
