Putnam County Schools gave online tests a try this week.
Director of Schools Corby King said several middle school classes did practice ACT tests to tryout the systems.
“This years tests are all on paper, this is just a practice for next year,” King said. “I think the state is looking at vendors, looking for how this process will work. We’ve tried online testing in the past, it didn’t go very well and they’re trying to make that a better process in the future.”
King said he heard no major issues with the online testing. ACT scores from the February 2021 National ACT test date are beginning to release.
Emails should got out when scores are available. If scores are not available yet, note that it can take up to 8 weeks for all scores to be released.
