NWS Confirms EF-1 Tornado In Fentress County

The National Weather Service has confirmed that an EF-1 tornado touched down in Fentress County Wednesday morning. Officials said the twister touched down just after midnight on Campground Road in the Muddy Pond area. The Cookeville Police Department arrested a Cookeville man in connection with three attempted burglaries after finding his cell phone in a vehicle.
