A Cookeville man faces one count of aggravated assault for causing injury by strangulation on August 25th. Officers arrested Daniel Joseph Greigo, 32, after responding to Cookeville Regional Medical Center ER in reference to a reported assault. Two People Killed In Overton County Crash

A Thursday morning crash in Overton County claimed the life of two people from Allons. The crash happened at 7:38 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 111 and Big Springs Road. A Mcminnville man faces multiple charges, including contributing to a delinquency of a minor and violation of sex offender residential and work restrictions.
