Crossville Man Dies In Radio Tower Accident

A Crossville man died Saturday while working to build a radio tower in Cookeville. The accident happened in Southwest Cookeville in the area of Franklin Court and Heathwood West Drive. According to Putnam County emergency officials, 30-year-old Kenny Waddell was helping install the radio tower when it collapsed. Waddell was pronounced dead at the scene.
