Cookeville electric crews face several challenges as they assist in the hurricane-stricken areas of the Florida Panhandle. Sunday afternoon, sheriff’s deputies responded to the Vandever Corner Market in Cumberland County, to a report of a disoriented naked woman wearing one flip flop.
