A Cookeville woman faces multiple charges after kicking an officer in the face twice Tuesday. Authorities arrested 28-year-old Amethyst Camp for assault, resisting arrest, public intoxication, and violation of bond conditions. A Tuesday morning crash has claimed the life of a Monterey resident. The Tennessee Highway Patrol has identified the deceased as 38-year-old Banjamin Bohannon.
