A Smith County grand jury has returned indictments charging two men with abuse of a corpse. A man from Rickman suffered injuries when his motorcycle rear-ended a vehicle on Buck Mountain Road in Putnam County. Pedestrian Killed In Putnam County Wednesday Night

A vehicle struck and killed a pedestrian in Putnam County Wednesday night. Officials with the Tennessee Highway Patrol identified the deceased as 28-year-old Randall Bilbrey of Bloomington Springs.
