DeKalb County authorities have accused a local inmate of breaking his own arm in an attempt to get early release from jail. Authorities have charged 37-year-old Joey Phillip Phelps with filing a false report. Tennessee Tech University will break ground this Friday on its new Laboratory Sciences Building. Sparta Collects 38 Pounds Of Prescription Drugs During Take Back Event
