Putnam County authorities have arrested a juvenile who allegedly left Prescot South School Wednesday and set fire to a number of hay bales. Low Turnout Through One Week Of Early Voting

Three Upper Cumberland counties are reporting low turnouts through the first week of early voting in the 17th Senatorial District special election. Officials with the Smith County Election Commission reported less than 150 votes through the first week of early voting.
