A Deadly shooting in Overton County remains under investigation by the TBI. According to a written statement from the TBI on Wednesday, the shooting happened Sunday morning at a home on Highland Mountain Road. White County authorities have located a missing 15-year-old boy safe and unharmed. According to White County Sheriff’s officials, search crews located Zain Shoupe this morning on Charlie Hicky Road in White County. Deer Causes Vehicle Accident In Cumberland County Tuesday

A Fentress County man sustained minor injuries when a deer ran out in front of his vehicle Tuesday morning. The injured is identified as 25-year-old Mason Bradley. Pickett County received a $231,000 grant yesterday from the State Department of Environment and Conservation.
