82 Room Hotel To Be Built In DeKalb County

An 82-room hotel is coming to DeKalb County. The announcement was made Thursday by Tootsie’s Entertainment Chief of Staff and Pates Ford Resort and Marina owner Tom Sturdivant. Search For Macon County Inmate Crosses State Lines

The search for the last of three men who escaped from the Macon County Jail this week has crossed state lines. Authorities in Bowling Green Kentucky have arrested a man who escaped from the Macon County Jail this week. 28-year-old Matthew White was captured by authorities in Bowling Green Kentucky this evening. The Warren County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the victims of a plane crash that occurred in Warren County Tuesday night. The deceased identified as Warren County resident Thomas Stiles and Larry Banks of Spencer. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has confirmed that authorities have captured a Macon County inmate in Hartsville.
