An 82-room hotel is coming to DeKalb County.
The announcement was made Thursday by Tootsie’s Entertainment Chief of Staff and Pates Ford Resort and Marina owner Tom Sturdivant.
Sturdivant said the plan is to build a three story hotel at the old Center Hill Restaurant and Motel. The Hilton or Marriott style hotel will be constructed within the next 18 to 24 months on Highway-70 East which overlooks Center Hill Lake.
