Algood police arrested two Putnam County individuals following a consensual search Thursday. Officers charged 30-year-old Edward Mcabee of Cookeville and 29-year-old Destiny Tirey of Monterey with possession of methamphetamine. Cookeville Police arrested a 54-year-old man on meth charges following a traffic stop Wednesday. Jeffery Leal of Cookeville faces one count of possession of methamphetamine and was booked into the Putnam County Jail under $7,000 bond.
