Putnam County Sees Increase in March Building Permits

Putnam County saw a sharp increase in new building permits for March after a slow winter season. County Mayor Randy Porter reports 31 total building permits were issued last month, the most since October in which 38 permits were issued. A Cookeville man will appear in court later this month for violating the sex offender registry and his community supervision.
