THP Arrests Three Indiana Men On Att. Murder Warrants

Authorities have arrested three Indiana men in Putnam County wanted on attempted murder charges. The Tennessee Highway Patrol announced Friday 18-year-old Alexander Jester, 22-year-old Dalton Skirvin, and 24-year-old James Berna, all of Clark County, Indiana, were among the arrested May 15. Tennessee Tech cybersecurity students rank among the nation’s best following the 2019 Governors’ Cybersecurity Talent Competition.
