Jamestown City Council has voted to lower the speed limit for part of Main Street. Water Boil Advisory Issued After Waterline Breaks In Byrdstown

A number of Byrdstown residents had no water Thursday after a six-inch main waterline broke on West Main Street. A Smithville man appears in court Thursday for charges that he locked a woman inside his home against her will.
