Motlow Enrollment Reaches Record High

For the third consecutive year Motlow State Community College has the largest enrollment in school history, according to official enrollment numbers released for the fall of 2017. A total of 61 traffic fatalities have occurred in the Upper Cumberland this year, which is eight more than this time last year. Putnam Clean Commission Receives Stream Clean-up Grant

The Putnam County Clean Commission has a received an aquatic stream cleanup grant from the state. Driver Flees Saturday Night Crash In DeKalb County

The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating after a man fled the scene of a two vehicle crash in DeKalb County Saturday night. Woman Charged With Passing Fake Money

Crossville police have arrested a woman who allegedly tried passing counterfeit money at several city restaurants. 36-year-old Michelle Linda Williams is charged with criminal simulation. Tech Enrollment Numbers Strong

Preliminary Tennessee Tech enrollment numbers for fall 2017 show the largest freshmen class in recent years and a slight increase in overall enrollment. Approximately 10,500 students are enrolled at Tech for the fall semester, including 1,750 freshmen. 11-Year-Old Charged With Vandalism

McMinnville Police have charged an 11-year-old boy with vandalism. Authorities said the juvenile spray painted graffiti on the Warren County Administrative Building, Warren Academy, and Probation Office building.
