Thursday Crash Results In Charges

Authorities charged a Cookeville woman following a Thursday crash in Putnam County. The accident happened at the 292 westbound mile marker of Interstate 40. A Tennessee Highway Patrol crash report said Fabiana Sebastian Domingo was traveling West in A Chevrolet Cruze. Clay County has extended the application period for its housing rehabilitation program.
