Man Rescued After Floodwaters Submerge Vehicle In White County

The Putnam County Rescue Squad responded to White County Thursday after a man became stranded by floodwaters. The incident happened at Lafever Road and Burgess Mills Road. Crab Orchard Man Killed In I-40 Crash

A Wednesday afternoon crash claimed the life of a Cumberland County man. The Tennessee Highway Patrol identified the deceased at 62-year-old Donald Monday of Crab Orchard. Driver Rescued After Vehicle Enters Water In Overton County

Overton County emergency crews conducted a water rescue Wednesday night after a man’s vehicle drove into floodwaters. A former employee of a Macon County finance firm faces charges for allegedly abusing her position to steal customer loan payments. Livingston Approves Resolution For Water System Rehab Grant

Livingston aldermen have agreed to provide matching funds for a water system rehabilitation grant program.
