TWRA Reports Decreases in Hunting Numbers This Season

The TWRA reports fewer deer are being harvested this year as the overall hunting season reaches the halfway point. Burning Beer Truck Shuts Down I-40 near Crossville Wednesday

A tractor-trailer hauling beer on I-40 westbound caught fire Wednesday causing a traffic backup for several miles. Cumberland County EMA Director Rick Williams reports the trailer’s rear brakes caught fire outside of Crossville near mile-marker 331.
