Firehouse Subs Donates Funds to Fentress Ambulance Service

Firehouse Subs will donate funding to Fentress County’s Ambulance Services. Fentress County commissioners voted to approve the donation during Monday’s commission meeting. Rescue Mission, Smithville Nazarene Assist UCHRA Clients for Thanksgiving

The Cookeville Rescue Mission and Smithville Nazarene Church have partnered with the UCHRA to provide additional Thanksgiving meals this year. THP Increasing Patrol on Thanksgiving

The Tennessee Highway Patrol launched its sixth-annual ‘I-40 Challenge’ Wednesday to increase its presence during the Thanksgiving holiday. A drug bust in White County Friday has authorities searching for a potential suspect. Amended County Budget Covers Algood Election Fees

An amendment to the Putnam County Commission’s general fund will cover legal fees and court costs from the Algood election hearings.
