Cookeville Man Dies In 111 Crash

A Cookeville man died Saturday night in a one-vehicle wreak on Highway 111. 22-year-old Lance Jackson died when his car ran off the left side of the roadway and crossed the median. COVID Cases In 40s Three Straight Days

For the first time since October, Cookeville Regional Medical Center has seen COVID patient counts in the 40s on three back-to-back days. Wednesday, CRMC reported 40 inpatients with COVID-19. Livingston Woman Arrested On Arson Charge

A Livingston woman arrested Tuesday on arson charges resulting from a July, 2020 fire. 46-year-old Tracy Lee Hargis booked into the Overton County Jail on one count of arson. The Tennessee State Review Board delayed a decision on adding the Twinton Fire Lookout Tower to the National Register of Historic Places.
