The 1,000-acre Millard Oakley Farm in Livingston is serving multiple departments across the Tennessee Tech campus. Another Sheriffs Department scam in the Upper Cumberland, this time with a caller impersonating a Putnam County deputy. Calls began Thursday. The individual will call, claiming to be Deputy Rowe of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department, concerned about an active warrant against you.
