Putnam County bucked the slow construction trend this December, compared to the previous two years. Baxter Police Replace Old Dash Cameras Through Seized Vehicle

The sale of drug dealer’s truck helped the Baxter Police Department upgrade its in-car cameras. Baxter Police Chief Danny Holmes said upgrading all six police vehicles cost $5,300.
