Putnam Man Arrested On 30 Counts Of Exploitation, Statutory Rape

A Putnam County man has been indicted on 30 counts including charges of statutory rape and sexual exploitation of a minor. A TBI investigation of 27-Year-Old Dylan Ray Martin found sexual interactions with three juveniles from 2016 to 2019. New Award Announced For High Schools Registering Students To Vote

The Putnam County Election Commission is pushing to get high school students registered to vote with a new voter registration award. Tennessee Secretary of State Tre Hargett has launched the Anne Dallas Dudley Award for individual high schools. Upper Cumberland Habitat For Humanity honored its 2020 President’s Volunteer Service Award winners Monday. Progress on the new Patton House Doll Museum and Veterans facility is on hold while waiting for construction prices to fall. The building off Highway 70 was decimated by the March 2020 tornado.
