Byrdstown Approves Chanute Pall Mall Water Deal

The Byrdstown Board of Aldermen has approved the town taking over the Chanute Pall Mall Utility District. The town will gain about 500 customers and all of the district’s assets, including about $30,000. Byrdstown Alderman Passes Away

Byrdstown employees mourned the loss of Aldermen Johnny Bilbrey during Monday’s board meeting. Bilbrey was sixty-nine- years-old and serving his third term as a city councilman.
