Improve Act Will Fund Repairs For Two Clay Co. Bridges

Governor Bill Haslam’s Improve Act will include funding to repair two bridges in Clay County. The Transportation Coalition of Tennessee has announced that the bridge at Wet Mill Creek Road over Mill Creek will be repaired at a cost of $173,000. Portion Of Highway 25 In Smith Co. Closed Until Further Notice

A portion of Smith County’s Highway 25 will be closed in the Tanglewood Community until further notice. The closure coming after debris from a bluff struck and disabled a moving pickup truck Tuesday. Man Injured At Cummins Falls This Week

An unidentified man suffered serious injuries after falling from the cliffs at Cummins Falls State Park Monday.
