Lightning Strikes Cookeville Business Thursday

Apparent lightning struck a Cookeville business Thursday afternoon as storms rolled through the Upper Cumberland. Witnesses said a large lightning bolt struck the Identity Group building located at Gould Drive in southwest Cookeville. A Sparta woman will appear in court Sept. 10 after being arrested for drug possession at the Baxter Huddle House Sunday.
