In the process of recovering a stolen SUV late Saturday night, Cumberland County deputies nabbed a suspect on a host of charges. Earlier that day, the owner had filed a stolen-vehicle report on her missing Ford Expedition. DeKalb County residents reported structure damage following a round of severe weather Tuesday morning. Monterey Approves Bid For New Shed

Monterey’s Board of Mayor and Aldermen approved a bid for a new work shed at the city’s public works department Monday. The Tennessee Highway Patrol says charges are pending after a Smithville woman fell asleep at the wheel and crashed her vehicle Sunday night.
