Cookeville will extend its agreement with UCHRA’s Substance Abuse Solutions program to provide social work assistance to the homeless. The Upper Cumberland Development District has signed a contract handing over meal deliveries to a private company. UCHRA has been forced to close the Youth Impact Center at Crossville’s Cumberland Mountain School.
