Overton Man Charged With Statutory Rape

A Livingston man faces two charges of Aggravated Statutory Rape after a five-month investigation by multiple agencies. The Overton County Sheriffs Department took 44-year-old Timothy C. Livingston Shared Sales Tax Revenue Exceeds Projections

Livingston has received just over $300,000 in shared sales tax revenue, almost doubling the estimated amount for the past fiscal year. Livingston’s BR Metal Products Expanding

Livingston’s BR Metal Products manufacturing facility is expanding operations creating about 30 new jobs.
