The developer of the Old Kentucky Road Commons has officially withdrawn the appeal over signage for a potential new Wendy’s location. The Cookeville Planning Commission denied the additional free-standing pole sign at the shopping development located on East 10th Street and Old Kentucky Road. Phase Two Of Cookeville’s 10th Street Widening Project Gets Underway

Utility work, gas relocation and sewer work now underway on phase two of Cookeville’s 10th Street widening project. Cookeville’s Fisk Road Closed Wednesday Morning

Cookeville’s Fisk Road will close on Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Water Quality Control Department will close the portion from East 10th Street to Sunset Drive for sewer repairs. Cookeville Accepts Bids For E. 10th St. Widening Project

Cookeville City Council accepted the almost $1.2 million bid to begin the East 10th Street widening project at a special called meeting Tuesday morning. Cookeville PD Seeking Info On Pedestrian Hit And Run

The Cookeville Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a driver who fled a hit-and-run this weekend.
