Cumberland, Fentress and Van Buren County said they have all seen absentee ballots and COVID positive voters turn up on Election Day. Crossville’s TCAT campus is expanding with a 12,000 square foot, $2 million dollar learning space. Cumberland County Emergency Medical Services has improved its capabilities by purchasing four new LUCAS devices. The lightweight mechanical device automatically delivers chest compressions for patients needing prolonged CPR.
