Tennessee’s census data is out, showing the Upper Cumberland has grown by nearly seven percent over the last decade. The region as a whole grew by 21,513 people since 2010. A Crossville man injured Monday morning when his tractor tractor blew a tire on Interstate 40 in Cumberland County. Josh Marshall traveling eastbound when the left tire blew off.
