The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office arrested three Cookeville residents Thursday after a saturation of high drug areas.
Thirteen ounces of methamphetamine, a pound of marijuana and 30 THC vape pens recovered in two traffic stops.
32-year-old Keurstyn Lanae Garrett arrested for simple possession/casual exchange and one count of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $14,000
The second vehicle stop resulted in the arrest of 37-year-old Billy Ray Cooper Jr. and 32-year-old Chantel Renee Keagle. The occupants threw two items out the window, fled by foot and were apprehended.
Cooper faces several drug charges with a bond of $113,000. Keagle also faces numerous drug charges with a bond of $110,000.
All three offenders have been placed in the Putnam County Jail several times in the past.
