A Putnam County man arrested in Chattanooga Tuesday for felony murder and aggravated child abuse after a May incident. 28-year-old Justin Dixon was caring for two-year-old Atlas Copeland when deputies responded to the Copeland residence. Putnam Deputies Arrest Three On Drug Charges

The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office arrested three Cookeville residents Thursday after a saturation of high drug areas. A Monterey man that has been arrested at least 30 times once again in custody on methamphetamine charges. 40-year-old Michael Howard was arrested Monday night. Through an ongoing investigation, the Putnam County Sheriff’s Drug Task Force seized some 28 ounces of methamphetamine. A Warren County woman arrested Thursday on TennCare fraud and theft of services after allegedly reporting false information to the state. Thirty-year-old Jessica Tees faces felony charges.
