CBS News has learned the target letter that Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith sent former President Donald Trump this week regarding the Jan. 6 investigation cited several possible charges against Trump, including conspiracy to defraud the U.S., witness tampering and deprivation of rights under the color of law.
