The former Cumberland County Emergency Medical Services Supervisor has pleaded guilty to theft charges in court. 47-year-old Randy Lee Davidson has pleaded guilty to two counts of theft under $1,000. Putnam County authorities have charged a Gainesboro man with rape of a child. 53-year-old Joe Edward Cherry was arrested this morning. He’s also charged with two counts of aggravated sexual battery.
