Prowse Charged With Heroin Possession For Second Time

Cookeville Police have arrested a woman for allegedly possessing heroin for the second time in 10-days. Officers charged Kristie Rachelle Prowse Thursday with manufacture, delivery, or sell of a controlled substance. A Fentress County man faces 18-counts of sexual exploitation of a minor following a grand jury indictment. The indictments accuse 22-year-old Skyler Chase Clark of possessing images or videos showing a minor engaged in sexual activity. Kassow Indicted For First-Degree Murder

A Fentress County grand jury has indicted a man for a homicide that occurred earlier this year. 38-year-old Wayne Ellis Kassow faces a first-degree murder charge for allegedly stabbing Mark Jennings in April.
