2-Car Accident On Highway 62 Injures One

A two-car accident on Highway 62 in Putnam County Friday afternoon injured a Monterey woman. According to preliminary reports from the Tennessee Highway Patrol, a westbound vehicle driven by 48-year old Tracy Evans of Cookeville crossed the center line in a curve. A Crossville man faces multiple charges including felony evading arrest after a Thursday night domestic violence incident. Crossville Police stopped 47-year-old Robert Desrosiers after a 911 call from his partner. A dealer believed to bring large quantities of methamphetamine into the Upper Cumberland faces multiple charges after a Friday morning arrest. No Health Insurance Marketplace Competition In UC

Every Tennessee county will have competition in the health insurance marketplace next year except for the 14 counties of the Upper Cumberland.
